Contracted to a small manufacturing company to create a shop floor control system using C# and SQL Server to supplement their AS400 order processing system and help track their orders and inventory through the process.   This system is taking the company from a paper only process between the time the order is taken to the time it is invoiced, to a fully automated system.  In addition, it helps them to speed up Cycle count process for inventory control by utilizing handheld scanners running Windows Mobil 5.0 and barcodes on all items.

  • Leads a 2-person team responsible for system requirement analysis and development.
  • Participates in all aspects of system design.
